Overheard at Target...

OK, so I'm browsing the aisles of Tar-Jay yesterday, minding my own business, and looking for something like this, only cuter & cheaper, when I overhear a child (probably about 8 years old) speaking loudly to her mother. She declared, "Mom, pretend I am 15, OK?" Her mother, no doubt distracted by her shopping list and those marvelous Tar-Jay endcap clearance items, replied in a somewhat annoyed voice, "Why?". The child repeated, "Just pretend I am 15, OK?" Mom, not interested in playing this game, replies tersely, "Why should I pretend you're 15?" The daughter cheerfully responds, "Because if I am 15, then I can use mouthwash!"

Because apparently 15 is the age of freshening.

Hahaha, how strange? Does it say that on the bottle I wonder. I know lots of people under the age of 15 who could greatly benefit from some mouthwash!
